Time required for TechMail servers to update after quota problem resolved


Explanation

Scenario: Your TechMail mailbox was over quota, but the problem was resolved.

After you clean up your mailbox items so that you are no longer over quota, you should immediately be able to use your mailbox. You do not have to wait a particular period of time for the changes to replicate through the TechMail system.

If you are using Outlook in Cached Exchange Mode, there may be a delay while Outlook synchronizes the changes you made on your computer with the servers. This delay can take anywhere from a few seconds to hours depending on your connection speed and network/server congestion. For most users, the time is normally only a few seconds or minutes at most.
