Support of department-maintained servers


Explanation

TTUS and TTU colleges/departments managing their own servers are responsible for the management and maintenance of those servers, as well as adhering to official Texas Tech policies regarding server hardening, network use, etc. For assistance with a server maintained by your department or college, contact your department or college's IT support personnel and/or NSCs.

If NSCs or departmental IT support personnel need assistance with servers, they may contact IT Help Central; IT Help Central will assign an issue to TOSM in the name of the NSC or IT support person.
