The data found in the global address list (GAL) comes from three primary sources.

• Employees (including student employees): Banner employee (HR) records
• Students: Banner Student records
• TTU K-12 students: TTU K-12 database

NOTE: Employee records override student records in both the directory and the GAL. Therefore, if you are both a student and an employee your GAL entry will reflect the information in your employee records.
