The TechMail service hosted by the TTU IT Division provides a way to recover items after you have permanently deleted them, including after emptying the Deleted Items folder. Server administrators specify the retention time for permanently deleted items.

For TechMail, the time is currently configured for 21 days. After this time has elapsed, you cannot recover the deleted items.
