The eRaider Account Management System (eRAMS) is the system developed by Telecommunications at Texas Tech University for provisioning and managing eRaider accounts.

eRAMS receives data daily from authoritative sources to enable automated eRaider account provisioning and cleanup. After receiving the authoritative data, eRAMS automatically creates accounts for active students, faculty, and staff; and those accounts can then be set up by the respective account holder. eRAMS also disables and deletes accounts for individuals whose affiliation with Texas Tech has ended.

In some cases, eRAMS sends data to the authoritative sources, such as supplying Banner with the TechMail address for those individuals who have activated email service.
