TechMail distribution lists can be moderated so that whenever an email is sent to the list's address, it must be approved before it is sent out to the members of the list. The distribution lists can be moderated by anyone who has been granted permissions. Approved messages are sent out to everyone on the list, while rejected messages are returned to the original sender with a reason for rejection.
