The TTU Strategic Acquisition and Contract Management office, in conjunction with TTUHSC have implemented TechBid, an electronic bid process. TechBid allows vendors to register and access Texas Tech procurement opportunities electronically. Registered vendors will be able to access, respond to, or view the results of bids and other competitive solicitations.
