Overview of Project Portfolio Management at TTUS Information Systems


Project portfolio management (PPM) is accomplished through a combination of web-based tools that allow submission/prioritization of project requests along with project status reporting. Information Systems uses two products to accomplish these tasks. Innotas, PPM system, allows submission of project requests to be reviewed and prioritized. Innotas integrates with Jira for reporting of project statuses. Application development and support teams use Jira to manage current work in progress.
