Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) is a Windows Server software component which facilitates automatic sign-in for a number of applications at Texas Tech University. To use the service, simply sign in to your TTU domain-authenticated computer using your eRaider credentials as usual. Then, attempt to access an eRaider-authenticated website.

The following browsers are supported for automatic sign-in using ADFS:

• Chrome (Windows)
• Edge (Windows)
• Safari (macOS)

Services which may allow SSO using ADFS include, but are not limited to:

• askIT
• Blackboard
• eRaider Account Manager
• microsoft365.com, Outlook on the web (TechMail), and other Microsoft 365 websites
• Raiderlink
• Services that use Shibboleth for authentication
