Location

IT Help Central's Service Desk is located in Room 101 of the Administrative Support Center (ASC). The address is 407 Flint Ave in Lubbock, TX. It is next to the Texas Tech Police Department, in the same building as Transportation & Parking Services. This building also contains one of our Walk-up Services locations. We have an additional Walk-up Services location in the west basement of the Student Union Building, Room 010.
