The following are features that are available in Skype for Business on other platforms but that Microsoft has not made available for macOS. There are no solutions currently available for the items denoted, as the software is performing as expected.

  • Upload and share files in a meeting
  • Use a whiteboard
  • Conduct polls
  • Disable meeting IM
  • Make everyone an attendee in a meeting
  • Archiving IM, audio, or video conversations

Known problems

The following is a list of known problems with Skype for Business on Mac. These items may result in missing features.

  • Polycom CX300 handheld devices are not fully functional
  • Outlook Integration requires Outlook 2016 version 15.28.0 or greater
