Inquiries regarding the TTU IT Division providing consultations on IT operations and efficiencies to other IT areas on campus should be assigned to the Service Desk manager at IT Help Central and will be discussed further with IT Help Central management. IT Help Central management will then coordinate with the Office of the CIO regarding the request.
