Texas Government Code Sec. 552.024 requires that all Texas Tech University employees are given the option to allow public access to information in the custody of Texas Tech that relates to the employee's home address, home telephone number, emergency contact information, Social Security number, and information that reveals whether the person has family members.

For your convenience, this service is now available in Raiderlink under the Employee tab > My Texas Tech Information heading > Employee Dashboard > My Profile > More Personal Information > My Employment Information tab > Texas Employee Confidential Indicators. Employees can now set their confidential indicators to N - Do Not Release Information or Y - Release Information.

NOTE: For all current employees hired on or before September 18, 2012, all indicators have been set to N - Do Not Release Information, so no action is needed unless you wish to release confidential information to the public.
