An employment services coordinator (ESC) is a person in a department or college at Texas Tech University who normally coordinates employment forms and procedures from an administrative standpoint.

An ESC normally has received training on using various systems such as the ePAF system and may coordinate regularly with Human Resources and/or Payroll Services on hiring, promotions, terminations, leave reporting (sick/vacation), employee benefits, etc.
