About the phone number used by the eRaider Account Management System to send codes for eRaider password reset


For the purpose of verifying your identity when resetting your password, the eRaider system will send a code via SMS or voice call. The phone number from which these codes originate may vary, as TTU makes use of a gateway service to send the codes.

NOTE: In order to maintain an eRaider account, it is necessary to have a contact number capable of receiving either SMS text messages or automated voice calls.
