How to: View the members of a TechMail distribution list using Microsoft Outlook for Windows

Introduction

On your Outlook toolbar, click Address Book. Then, search for the distribution list. Right-click on its name, and then click Properties.

Instructions

1) In Outlook under the "Home" tab, click Address Book.

2) Type the exact name of the TechMail distribution list in the Search feature in the top left. Then, right-click on its name and click Properties.

3) Under the "General" tab, look under the "Members" section to view the list of members of this TechMail distribution list.

OUTCOME

You can now view the members of the chosen TechMail distribution list in Outlook.
