1) Open Microsoft Remote Desktop from your Applications folder, Dock, or Launchpad.

2) Click the pencil (edit) icon on the remote computer.

3) Click the Devices & Audio tab. Next to "Play sound", click On this computer.

4) Click Save to save the changes.

OUTCOME

Your Mac audio will be configured with your Remote Desktop application.
