How to: Use standard responses for chat in Interaction Connect


Instructions

1) Under the "Response Management" tab, find the standard response you want to use by looking through the list or using the search bar.

TIP: If you do not have the "Response Management" tab you will need to add the "Response Management" view.

2) Choose the canned response you would like to use.

3) After you have verified that this is the response you would like to use, click Insert.

4) Under the "Current Interaction" tab, verify that there is no text you need to change (e.g., your name or a specific question to which the customer may have already provided an answer). Then, click Send.

OUTCOME

The appropriate standard response will be sent in the chat.
