Instructions
1) When you are scheduling a new online meeting or editing an existing meeting, click Skype Meeting.
2) Click the drop-down arrow and choose Set Access Permissions.
3) Check the box labeled "Customize access levels, presenter options, and phone settings." Under the "Access" tab, choose the access you want for this meeting. Then, click OK.
NOTE: If you want to prevent anyone from joining the meeting until you (the organizer) join the meeting, choose Only Me. Upon joining the meeting, everyone else must wait in a virtual lobby until you choose to admit them.
Outcome
A unique conference ID will be applied to your meeting. The conference ID will be located under the meeting information.
