How to: Use audio with a Remote Desktop Connection in Windows 10

Instructions

1) In the search bar in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen, type "remote desktop connection". Do not press Enter. In the list of search results, click Remote Desktop Connection.

2) Click Show Options.

3) Under the Local Resources tab, click Settings.

4) Choose the radio buttons next to Play on this computer and Record from this computer. Then, click OK.

OUTCOME

The remote computer will use your computer's microphone and speakers for audio.
