Apple does not provide a way in iOS or iPadOS to update a saved password for a wireless network. Instead, you can tell your device to forget the network, and then set up the connection again.

We recommend submitting feedback to Apple at https://www.apple.com/feedback to ask them to add a feature to iPhones and iPads allowing users to change the saved password for the Wi-Fi network connection.
