If Microsoft Outlook on Windows is being used, is Cached Exchange Mode enabled?

Does the same thing happen on another computer? Another network connection? Another OS user profile on the same computer? Another Outlook profile (macOS and Windows only)?

Wired or wireless connection, and name of network

Sign-in difficulty or account problems

When did you last set your password?

Slowness

Does the slowness mentioned have reference to the delivery of email or the interaction with the email client software?
