Introduction
In the conversation window, click the "Present" button. Select either My Notes to take notes on your own or Shared Notes to take notes collaboratively.

NOTE: You will need to have Microsoft OneNote installed to use this feature.
1) In a conversation window, click on the "Present" button (monitor icon).
2) Select either My Notes to take notes on your own or Shared Notes to take notes collaboratively. Notebooks can be in any location, but for Shared Notes make sure meeting attendees have access to the notebook's location (OneDrive, SharePoint, file share, etc.) and the necessary permissions.
Outcome
You will be able to take notes during a conversation on Skype for Business.
