Ctrl + Click to select multiple contacts. Right click > Start a Conference Call to begin the call.

1) In your Contact Lists, press and hold "Ctrl" key on your keyboard, and then click the contacts to select.

2) Right-click on the contact you wish to call. Then, click Start a Conference Call, and click the desired option.
