How to: Sign in to Adobe Creative Cloud software with your eRaider account


Instructions

  1. Open an Adobe Creative Cloud application (for example, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, etc.).

  2. Click Help > Sign In.

    The help tab has been clicked and on the menu Sign In is highlighted to be selected

  3. Click Sign In.

    A sign in window pops up and sign in is highlighted to be clicked

  4. If prompted for an Adobe account, type your TechMail address in the "Email address" field. Then click out of that field. It should redirect to a screen asking you to choose an account.

    A TTU email has been filled in the username field and the password is blank

    Click Enterprise ID. Otherwise, skip to the next step.

    There is a choice between Adobe ID and Enterprise ID, Enterprise is highlighted to be selected

  5. Sign in with your eRaider credentials.

Outcome

You will now be signed in to all of your Adobe Creative Cloud applications via your eRaider account.
