Introduction
In the conversation window, click on the "Present" icon, then click Share PowerPoint Files. Open the desired PowerPoint presentation file.
Instructions
1) Sign in to Skype for Business.
2) Double-click the contact with whom you wish to share the PowerPoint presentation.
3) In the conversation window, click the "Present" icon.
4) Click Share PowerPoint Files.
5) Choose the PowerPoint presentation file that you want to share, and click Open.

You have presented a PowerPoint file through Skype for Business.
