How to: Set your Skype for Business on Mac meeting preferences in Outlook


Introduction

Click the "Calendar" icon > Meeting > Skype Meeting > Set Access Permissions. Check the box next to "Customize access levels, presenter options, and phone settings". Set your preferences, and then click OK.

Instructions

1) In the lower left-hand corner, click the "Calendar" icon.

2) Click Meeting.

3) Click Skype Meeting.

NOTE: Clicking the icon designates the meeting as a Skype meeting. If asked to allow Outlook and Skype for Business to interact, click Yes.

4) From the drop-down menu, click Set Access Permissions.

5) Check the box next to "Customize access levels, presenter options, and phone settings" to enable the modification of the "Access", "Presenter", and "Phone" tabs. Make the needed changes, and then click OK.
