How to: Set up call forwarding using Skype for Business for Android


In the "Call forwarding" options, tap Forward calls and tap a displayed phone number, type a new number, or choose a number from your contacts.


1) Open the Skype for Business app.

2) Tap your profile picture in the upper-left corner.

NOTE: If you do not see your picture or do not have one set up, tap the silhouette picture in place of it.

3) Tap Call forwarding.

4) Tap Forward calls.

5) If the desired phone number is listed, tap that selection.

NOTE: If you do not see the desired number, tap New Number to quickly enter the desired phone number or tap New Contact if the desired number is in your contact list.

Incoming calls to your Skype for Business account will be forwarded directly to the selected phone number.

NOTE: The call forwarding settings are stored in your Unified Communications account on TTU servers, so the forwarding options you specified will remain in effect even if you close the Skype for Business app on your mobile device.
