How to: Set up call forwarding in Skype for Business on Windows

Introduction

With Skype for Business signed in, click on the call forwarding button at the bottom. Click Forward Calls to and select the desired contact or number.

Instructions

1) From the Skype for Business window, click on the "call forwarding" button at the bottom.

2) Point to Forward Calls To and choose the person or phone number of your choice.

OUTCOME

You have now set up Skype for Business to forward incoming calls.

TIP: For call forwarding to work, Skype for Business does not need to remain open and your computer does not need to remain powered on.
