Long press the file you wish to access offline. Then, tap the vertical ellipsis at the top right of the screen. To view your offline files, tap Files > Offline Files.

1) Long press the file you wish to access offline. Then, tap the three dots (vertical ellipsis).

TIP: You can tap additional items to select them.

2) Tap Make Available Offline.

3) You should see a message at the bottom of the screen that reads, "Your files are now available offline". This indicates that your files are offline. Then, tap Back.

4) Tap Back until you are at the main screen. Then, tap the profile picture (avatar) at the top left of the screen.

5) Tap Offline Files.

OUTCOME

Your selected files are now accessible offline.
