Introduction
Close Citrix Workspace if it's open. Right-click on the Citrix Workspace icon in your Windows notification area (bottom right of screen). Click Advanced Preferences > Reset Citrix Workspace > Yes, reset Citrix Workspace > OK. Then close Citrix Workspace (without creating an account) and try signing in again.
Instructions
You can reset your Citrix Workspace software in order to resolve serious problems that cannot be fixed any other way.
CAUTION: Proceeding with these instructions will remove all Citrix Workspace apps, desktops, accounts, and configurations from your computer and return Workspace to its default settings.
1) If you have Citrix Workspace open, close the window.
2) In the Notification Area in bottom right-hand corner of the screen, locate the Citrix Workspace icon.
TIP: You may need to click "Show hidden icons" to expand the visible list of all icons.
3) Right-click the Citrix Workspace icon, and click Advanced Preferences.
4) Click Reset Citrix Workspace.
5) Confirm that you wish to remove all apps, desktops, accounts, and configurations by clicking Yes, reset Citrix Workspace.
CAUTION: This cannot be undone!
6) Click OK.
7) Close the "Add Account" window. Do not attempt to create an account at this time.
8) Open Citrix Workspace by using the shortcut on your Taskbar or Start Menu.
9) Type citrix.ttu.edu and click Add.
10) If prompted for credentials, type your eRaider username in the format ttu\your_eRaider_username. Then, type your eRaider password. Finally, click Sign In.
Outcome
You will be signed into Citrix Workspace and can run apps.
