How to: Reset Calendar on your Android device to resolve problems syncing with TechMail

CAUTION: By following these steps, all of your TechMail calendar items will be removed from your device. If you have added, changed, or deleted items on your mobile device and those changes have not yet been synced to the TechMail servers, those changes will be lost by following the remaining steps. Before proceeding, verify that all changes you have made to your device's calendar are also reflected on your calendar at https://outlook.com/ttu.edu. It is also a good idea to have a backup of your entire TechMail mailbox.

1) Open the Settings app.

2) Tap Accounts.

3) In the list of accounts, tap your Microsoft 365/Exchange/TechMail account.

4) Next to "Sync Calendar" slide the switch to the "off" position (to the left).

5) Slide the "Sync Calendar" switch back to the "on" position (to the right).

OUTCOME

Your device will download a new copy of your calendar from the TechMail servers. This may take some time depending on your network connection speed and the number of items on your calendar.
