How to: Reserve a resource in Outlook on the web

The steps below will help you reserve a resource mailbox in TechMail.

1) Sign in to Outlook on the web.

2) In the lower left-hand corner, click the calendar icon.

3) Click New event.

4) Click Scheduling Assistant.

5) Click Add required attendee.

6) Type the name of the resource that you would like to reserve, and choose the correct item in the drop-down list. Click Done.

7) Make any additional adjustments to your event, and click Save/Send.

OUTCOME

You have successfully reserved the desired resource.
