How to: Request that your department receive ongoing on-site support from IT Help Central


Instructions

To request that your department receive ongoing on-site support from IT Help Central, please email Scott Hall (scott.hall@ttu.edu) with the details of your request.

There are three options available:

  • Dedicated primary support - A team or individual is dedicated primarily to providing on-site support for your department/area.
  • Shared primary support - Through a team of professional desktop support technicians, IT Help Central is the sole provider of desktop support for your department/area, along with other departments/areas.
  • Shared backup support - A team or individuals in your own department/area provide primary on-site technical support. For critical services or when departmental on-site support are out of the office, IT Help Central provides backup support through its Desktop Support team of professionals.
