Introduction
Visit the Blackboard Learn live shell request site to submit a restoration request.
Instructions
1) Visit the Blackboard Learn live shell request site.
2) Enter the eRaider username of the instructor for the archived course in the search bar, and click Lookup.
3) Check each box next to each course section listed to indicate which sections you wish to recover.
4) Click Submit Request.
5) The live shell will be created within an hour of submitting your request.
NOTE: You will not receive a confirmation email when this request is completed. Access your Blackboard Learn live shell by signing in to Blackboard.
OUTCOME
The archived course will be restored in Blackboard Learn.
