Instructions

Business partner

Some individuals that have a long-term business relationship with Texas Tech University may need an eRaider account to gain access to the TTU network applications. To request an account, a Texas Tech faculty or staff member should complete the request form. Each individual person requiring network access must have a separate eRaider account. Do not request an account for a group of people. The Enterprise IT Security team will review the form. The amount of time to evaluate the account request varies; therefore, it may take a few working days to process your request. Please plan accordingly.

Separate requests may be needed to request access to specific services that are not enabled by default for business partner accounts.

Research partner

If you are a TTU faculty member engaged in a research project with faculty or employees at other institutions, you may request an eRaider account which can be used by a research partner at another institution to authenticate and grant access to TTU's computing systems. Each individual person requiring network access must have a separate eRaider account. Do not request a single account for a group of people.
