How to: Request access to HR reports in Cognos

Instructions

1) Browse to https://portal.dmfr.ttu.edu. If prompted for credentials, sign in using your eRaider account.

2) Search for "cognos access".

3) Click Cognos access request in the list of results.

4) Fill out and submit the request form.

OUTCOME

You will receive an automated notification from DMFR about your request. You can follow the progress of your request by using the links in that email or using their self-service portal (link in Step 1 above).
