Introduction
Open Skype for Business on Mac. From your Mac's menu bar, click Skype for Business > Preferences > Calls > Change Voicemail Greeting.
Instructions
1) Open Skype for Business.
2) In your Mac's menu bar, click Skype for Business and choose Preferences.
3) Under the Calls tab, click the Change Voicemail Greeting button.
4) Follow the audio prompts to record a voicemail greeting or an out of office greeting.
OUTCOME
You have set a voicemail recording or an out of office greeting.
The out of office greeting will be played whenever you have enabled automatic replies in TechMail.
