The TTU IT Division has allocated a set amount of storage to each qualifying TTU department at no cost to the department. Additional storage can be purchased for $0.15/GB per year. Cost is charged on an annual basis each fiscal year.

TechShare storage is backed up nightly and retained for 30 days. This storage should be designated for official Tech Tech University business only.

If your department already has allocated storage and you wish to purchase additional space or need to modify technical contact information for your share, please contact IT Help Central with the details of your request, including contact information for your department/unit head. IT Help Central will assign an issue in your name to TechShare administrators.

CAUTION: Microsoft strongly recommends not storing Outlook .PST files on TechShare. In many instances, loss of data or corruption can occur.
