In Finder, click Go in your Mac's menu bar and choose Downloads.
TIP: There is also normally a "Downloads" stack on the right side of your Dock next to the Trash.

A1) Hold down the Windows key on your keyboard and press E to open File Explorer.
A2) In the left-hand pane, click the Downloads folder.
