How to: Move messages between the "Focused" tab and "Other" tab in Outlook for Windows

Introduction

If you are moving a message from the Focused tab to the Other tab, right click the message and click Move to Other or Always Move to Other.

If you are moving a message from the Other tab to the Focus tab, right click the message and click Move to Focus or Always Move to Focus.

TIP: If you click the option "Always Move to Other" or "Always Move to Focus," it will send all future messages from that sender to the desired tab.

Instructions

1) Navigate to the tab with the message you would like to move.

2) If you are moving a message from the Focused tab to the Other tab, right click the message and click Move to Other or Always Move to Other.
