Introduction
In Outlook, click the File tab. Click Info > Cleanup Tools > Archive. Choose the folder you want to archive and complete the fields as needed, then click OK.
Instructions
1) Click File.
2) Click Info and then click Tools.
3) Click Clean Up Old Items.
4) Choose the folder you want to archive, the date that you want to archive items older than, and the destination of the archived items. Click OK.
Outcome
You will find an "archives" folder in your mailbox. You can view your archived emails by clicking on the arrow to expand the folder.
