How to: Leave an askIT remote assistance session on Android


Instructions

  1. In the top right-hand corner, tap the icon that looks like a box with an arrow pointing to the left.

  2. Tap YES to end the session.

    NOTE: IT Help Central will not be able to access your Android device from this point forward.

    A BeyondTrust confirmation dialog asks, 'Are you sure you want to end the session?' The 'YES' button is selected.

  3. Tap OK.

    A pop-up message from BeyondTrust reads: 'Your session has now ended. Your computer can no longer be accessed or controlled using askIT.' The 'OK' button below the text is selected.

Outcome

You have ended your askIT remote assistance session.
