How to: Leave an askIT remote assistance session on your iPhone


Instructions

  1. In the top left-hand corner, tap the red X button.

    Remote Support screen with the red 'X' close icon selected.

  2. Tap Yes to end the session.

    NOTE: IT Help Central is not able to access your iPhone from this point forward.

    Confirmation pop-up asks "Are you sure you want to end your support session?" with "Yes" button selected.

  3. Tap OK.

    Pop-up confirms session is ended with "OK" button selected.

You have successfully ended your askIT remote assistance session.
