Join a meeting using the Skype for Business app

A1) Open the Skype for Business app.

A2) Tap Join, or tap the "meetings" icon at the top of the screen if your meeting does not appear on the home page.

A3) Tap Join next to the meeting you want to join.

Join a meeting from your Calendar app

B1) Open the Calendar app.

B2) If you know the date and time of the meeting, you can choose the date and tap the meeting in the list beneath the date.

B3) Tap the link to be redirected to the online meeting.

Join a meeting from an email invitation

Open the email containing the invitation and tap the included link.

Join a meeting or conference call by phone

You can dial in to the meeting from any phone by dialing the "Join by phone" numbers listed in the meeting request. The dial-in phone number is listed toward the bottom of the request.

OUTCOME

Depending on how your VoIP call options are set, one of the following will happen:

• You will be connected to audio or video using VoIP either by using Wi-Fi (if you connected to a Wi-Fi network) or your cellular data plan.

• Skype for Business will call you on your mobile phone and you'll need to accept the Skype for Business call in order to join the meeting. This happens only when your audio or video call options are set to ON and your iPhone isn't connect to a Wi-Fi network.
