How to: Install Banner Document Management add-on for PDF downloads and PDF printing


Introduction

This Adobe component supports PDF annotations and fixes printing issues with PDF documents. To install this component, navigate to https://imaging.texastech.edu/AppXtender/client/XSAdobeComponent110.msi and follow the Component Setup Wizard.

Instructions

  1. Browse to https://imaging.texastech.edu/AppXtender/client/XSAdobeComponent110.msi.

  2. Click Save File.

    NOTE: Depending on your browser settings, the file may download without asking you to save it first. In this case, simply skip to Step 3.

  3. When it is finished downloading, click XSAdobeComponent110.msi.

  4. Click Next.

  5. Click Install.

    TIP: If prompted for User Account Control, click Yes or Allow.

Outcome

The Banner Document Management Adobe add-on is now installed on your computer.
