Hold

To put a call on hold, click the settings option (three horizontal dots) at the top of the window. Then, click Hold.

Mute

To mute yourself in a call, click the microphone icon at the top of the window.

End

To end the call, click Leave.

Outcome

You will have placed a call on hold, muted yourself, or ended a call.
