Backup & Restore

Destroy Data

Migration

If you need assistance migrating information from one system to another, please contact your on-site support provider or contact IT Help Central.

Performance issues or Inoperable

If your hardware is not functioning properly, search askIT using the particular symptoms of the situation. If you are unable to find a solution, please contact your on-site support provider or contact IT Help Central. Be aware that it is easy to confuse hardware-related problems with other types of problems. For example, a slow operating system is different from a system that will not turn on at all. If you are unsure, IT Help Central can help troubleshoot the problem with you.

Replacement

If your department needs replacement hardware, please contact your on-site support provider or contact IT Help Central. If the device is under warranty, please be ready to provide that information, as well.

Setup/Install

If your department needs assistance setting up new equipment and you were unable to find the necessary information by searching askIT, please contact your on-site support provider or contact IT Help Central and they will assign the issue appropriately.

Surplus

If you have items that need to be sent to surplus or removed from your department's inventory, you can process those electronically online through the Property Inventory System. Once the information has been filled out completely, Surplus Management will send a team out to pick up the items.
