Technical support

Contact IT Help Central to get assistance with network access, eRaider sign-in problems, browser troubleshooting, endpoint access problems, endpoint access requests, and other general system/software problems you may encounter when using the Texas Data Repository system.

If advanced technical support is needed, IT Help Central may assign a request or incident in your name to the Texas Data Repository system administrators or refer you to Texas Digital Library Dataverse Support at support@tdl.org.
