Functional assistance and training

TechConnect is managed by the Center for Campus Life. Information about their location and contact can be found at https://www.depts.ttu.edu/centerforcampuslife.

They have provided several video tutorials for TechConnect at https://www.depts.ttu.edu/centerforcampuslife/involvement/techconnect.php.

Technical support

Contact IT Help Central to get assistance with general web browser and computer troubleshooting. Issues that are not resolved with general troubleshooting may require IT Help Central to refer you to the Center for Campus Life at campuslife@ttu.edu or 806-742-5433. The TechConnect service itself is fully supported by the Center for Campus Life, including technical support.
